the receptionist was very friendly. she helped me with everything i needed. the room was very clean. the bed felt comfortable.
i found that some staff did not speak english. this made communication difficult sometimes. the room was a bit small. there was not much space for moving around.

I found the room very clean and well kept. The shower offered good pressure and consistent hot water. I appreciated the convenient location close to the bus stopwith easy access to various attractions. The nearby shopping mall was also a great benefit.
I noted a lack of a fridge in the room. This would have been beneficial.

deceptive photosloud banging
The room photos online seemed deceptive. I expected something more upscale. I was disappointed to find no kettle in the room. The noise WAS a problem, with loud banging doors at ALL hours. A bin in the room would have been very helpful.

the location suited me perfectly, near the ciutat de les arts i les ciències. i appreciated that a shopping center with a large carrefour was within a reasonable walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient.
The television switched on unexpectedly during the night. This disrupted my sleep. the sound insulation from the street was inadequate, and noise from downstairs was audible.

The café downstairs offered convenient options for coffee and breakfast . I found this to be a plus for quick meals. the café served a delicious burger and sangria and the glass was very original. I saw other guests enjoyed the facilities

The hotel's proximity to the aquarium and nearby clubs was excellent. I found it very convenient. bus and tram lines are accessible, so public transport connections were quite good. the neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel was located a few steps from the bus stop.

The room was super CLEAN, which i value. the bed was comfortable. This. i got a quiet room at the back as I had requested. This contributed to a good night's sleep.

insufficient spaceslippery hazard
the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries such as toothbrushes. the shower design caused water to spray across the entire bathroom floor creating a slippery hazard. i also found the absence of a refrigerator inconvenient. q-tips and flip-flops were not provided which was disappointing. the mold in the bathroom was also a great concern
